Raytown man admits to $10M meth distribution conspiracy

KANSAS City, Mo. — A Raytown male pleaded guilty to his function in a $10 million meth distribution conspiracy.

Michael B. Becher, 40, admitted he was concerned in the conspiracy to promote prescription drugs from Sept. 1, 2018 to Nov. 5, 2019.

According to courtroom paperwork, Becher admitted he marketed at least 185 kilograms of methamphetamine. He said he would buy many lbs . of meth on a day-to-day foundation to resell.

Becher was arrested on Nov. 5, 2019, soon after he satisfied a co-conspirator who was organizing to vacation on a private plane the exact same day to acquire 40 to 50 kilograms of methamphetamine in California. Paperwork present Becher paid his co-conspirator $1,000 to buy methamphetamine for him.
